Amanda and her family moved to Florida from California after her father retired from the Army. She went to middle school and high school in DeFuniak Springs, FL, graduating in 2005. She attended Okaloosa-Walton Community College and graduated with her Associates of Arts degree in 2006. She then studied Advertising and Graphic Design from the University of West Florida. After spending several years in the wonderful world of property and casualty insurance, Amanda felt it was time for a change. She truly enjoys helping people and is excited for the next chapter at Gulf Coast Property Management. Amanda was married in November of 2019 to her best friend, Barry McGuire. No, no relation to McGuire’s Irish Pub, though she does enjoy an Irish Wake (or two!). In her free time, she enjoys quality time with family and friends, rocking out and attending music festivals, and watching the Blue Wahoo’s play.
