Rental Application           

We have a contract with our property owners to manage their property and ensure that we are placing qualified tenants with the ability to pay the rent in each property.  To verify this, we require that an application be submitted by each adult who will be occupying the property.  While we obtain much information on each applicant, we primarily focus on credit history, landlord reference (past and present) and income of at least 3 times the rent amount.

Basic qualifications:

•  Each adult must complete an application.

•  Unmarried applicants must complete separate applications and be able to qualify on their own.

•  Application fee is $35.00 per adult or $50.00 for a married couple.

•  Gross income has to be equal to 3 times the rent.

•  Any past rental history has to be satisfactory.

•  Credit history has to be good
