Available Rentals.
In screening your application for placement in one of our
rental properties, we check with any past & present landlords, pull a credit
report/background check and verify your income is at least three times the rent
(see below).
All Applicants Must Meet The Following Requirements:
For example: If you are applying for a home that is $700 per month, you
must make at least $2100 before taxes to qualify.

No prior evictions on record.

Verifiable income at the time of application. Please
provide proof of income with your application (pay stub, bank statement, etc.)

A non-refundable application fee of $35.00 per adult
or $50.00 for a married couple must be paid before we can process your
application. We are able to accept a credit or debit card for the
application fee with a fee $1.50 per person or $3.00 for married couple.
You will need to contact our office at 850-465-0083 to make payment
arrangements.

If you are applying with a roommate, each person applying
must qualify individually in order to be approved. We can not combine the
incomes of two people unless they are married.
